Shadow
Hello! My fiance and I are currently fostering a very handsome male adult lab/pit mix. His name is Shadow, and he is under 2 years old. He is extremely lovable and very affectionate! He has been neutered and micro-chipped and is up-to-date with all of his shots. He is a very smart boy; I'm actually curious to know if I can teach him to say "I love you!" He is funny sometimes with his vocals, so I figured he might be able to pick it up with a little training. He does, however, know how to "sit" "lay down" and "come." He is house trained; although, he may try to mark his territory on the first day or two. We have not had any accidents since then! Oh, and he is also a very good guard dog! I feel very safe with him at nights when my fiance has to work the graveyard shift.
Anyway, I know that this is a lot of information at once, but my fiance and I really want to find him a good home..before Christmas would be amazing! We originally were just going to help out with fostering Shadow for two weeks before Thanksgiving, but we've grown to adore him and don't want him to go to any kind of shelter while we have room for him here. Our little one, Mia, has a great time with him, too! She is 8 months old and he plays wonderfully with her, but also loves to kick back and relax with us. $60 dollar adoption fee for a very devoted loving guy.
